The Anderson Area YMCA is proud to offer a variety of trainers that will help you attain your goals and exceed your expectationsWhether you are just beginning your fitness plan, need help refining your workouts or want to push your boundaries, personal training is for everyone. Your choice of 4, 8 or 12 hourly sessions. Fee based membership program.

NOW offering Personal Training for Golf!  Get Stronger, Play Longer!

Personal Training Rates:                
12 hours of PT for $480               

8 hours of PT for $345                 

4 hours of PT for $188                 

Partner Personal Training and Small Group Training (2 or more people)

Starts April 27th!  Get Fit Together!  Grab a workout partner or a group and we will work with you to schedule a time that meets your needs.  Partner and Small Group Training not only saves you money but also provides a supportive, energetic, atmoshphere to help you achieve your goals.  Workouts will be designed based on both partners or your groups needs.

Partner Training Rates: (Must include 2 members who workout at the same time with the same trainer.  Must be 1 hour sessions)
12 hours for $360 per person

8 hours for $258 per person

4 hours for $140 per person

 
Small Group Training Rates: (Must include 3-5 members who workout at the same time with the same trainer.  Must be 1 hour sessions)
12 hours for $280 per person

8 hours for $192 per person

4 hours for $100 per person

 
Sports Conditioning and Sports Performance Training
Starts May 15th!  The Anderson Area YMCA is now offering training sessions focused on the development and improvement of skills related to athletic performance.  These sessions are for youth and teens and can be provided on an individual, small group, or team basis.  Sessions are desgined to improve speed, agility, quickness, and strength to improve performance in any sport.
